- Software/hardware support is as you said from all companies I have ever
- spoke with. If you do get through, they just go off a sheet that is boiler
- plate, like "Is the computer turned on?" "Did you plug the board in?"

- I don't believe companies will ever figure they need to put good technicians
- into these positions. They use them to troubleshoot their in house problems.
